Outside Sales Representative

Entry-level Outside Sales Representative to cover the Dayton, Ohio territory. Responsibilities include hunting for new business by prospecting, following up on leads, building relationships with repeat customers through visits, calls, and emails, training on products and industries, managing your own territory and sales plan, and entering orders through digital systems. Must have hunter mentality, strong time-management, planning, and presentation skills, ability to work independently, and proficiency with Microsoft 365 products (Netsuite a bonus). Compensation includes base salary with uncapped commissions and bonuses, plus benefits such as 401(k) with match, car/cellphone allowances, laptop reimbursement, and paid training. Requires residing in or near the Dayton territory and the ability to pass background checks and vehicle-related verifications.
