Outside Sales Representative

Outside Sales Representative to drive growth for Central Plumbing in the Baton Rouge industrial and commercial service markets. Develop and maintain relationships with industrial, commercial, municipal, and institutional customers; prospect and secure new business opportunities across manufacturing facilities, plants, warehouses, commercial properties, healthcare facilities, schools, and other target markets; conduct site visits and facility assessments; identify plumbing service, repair, maintenance, and project opportunities; collaborate with the Sales Estimator and Operations team to develop proposals, estimates, and scopes of work; manage follow-ups on proposals, bids, and inquiries to maximize sales; maintain a consistent schedule of customer visits and business development activities; track pipeline and customer interactions; participate in customer meetings, orientations, safety meetings, and networking events; represent Central Plumbing professionally and promote service offerings; ensure accurate customer records and onboarding documentation; support forecasting and reporting; stay informed on customer needs and market conditions; travel throughout Baton Rouge and surrounding markets; compensation includes base salary plus commissions; benefits include health insurance, 401(k), PTO, paid holidays, and company vehicle/mileage support.
