Outside Sales Representative responsible for traveling to your territory to meet farmers, small business owners, and families, building trust and educating them about Platinum’s supplemental insurance solutions. Follow a 10-step sales process backed by AI-based training to identify prospects, deliver compelling presentations, and close deals. Enjoy a four-day workweek with weekends off, uncapped earning potential through commission-based compensation, and ongoing support from marketing, recruiting, back-office, and customer service teams. Thrive in a team-based culture with advancement opportunities, quarterly vacations and company-sponsored trips, and travel from Monday through Thursday with overnight travel as needed.
