Job Summary
Outside Sales Representative responsible for traveling within the assigned territory (Elmwood Park, IL) to meet farmers, small business owners, and families, educate them on Platinum’s supplemental insurance solutions, and close sales using a structured 10-step process. You’ll follow an AI-assisted training platform, collaborate within a team-based culture, and pursue uncapped earnings through performance-based commissions. The role emphasizes face-to-face presentations, relationship-building, and closing deals, with a four-day workweek and Monday–Thursday travel schedule; weekends are off. Opportunities for advancement and ongoing support from marketing, recruiting, back-office, and customer service are provided.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in outside sales or commission-based roles preferred
- Ability to travel Monday–Thursday
- 18+ years old
