Job Summary
Outside Sales Representative for Platinum Supplemental Insurance. Travel to your territory (Monday–Thursday) to meet farmers and small business owners and educate them about Platinum’s supplemental insurance solutions. Role follows a proven 10-step sales system with AI-driven training; involves building relationships, presenting solutions, and closing deals in a team-based culture. Features a four-day workweek, uncapped earnings with potential to exceed $75,000 in early years and over $100,000 for top performers, and travel incentives including company trips. Provides back-office support, marketing, and mentorship to help reps grow quickly.
Required Qualifications
- 18+ years old
- Willingness to travel Monday–Thursday
- Commission-based role experience or interest
- Ability to build relationships and educate customers
- Strong communication and presentation skills
