Job Summary
Conduct face-to-face sales meetings with farmers, small business owners, and families to educate them on supplemental insurance solutions. Execute a time-tested 10-step sales process to identify prospects, deliver presentations, and close deals, supported by AI-driven training and coaching. Collaborate within a team-based culture that shares best practices and celebrates wins. Travel Monday through Thursday to cover your territory, with weekends off for personal time. Earn uncapped commission income, residual revenue from renewals, and qualify for quarterly vacations and company trips.
Required Qualifications
- 18+ years old
- Comfortable with overnight travel Monday–Thursday
