Job Summary
Outside Sales Representative responsible for traveling to assigned territory to meet potential customers (farmers, small business owners, and families) and educate them about Platinum’s supplemental insurance solutions. You’ll follow a proven 10-step sales process, deliver compelling presentations, identify prospects, and close sales with support from AI-driven training and mentorship. The role emphasizes building relationships, teamwork within a supportive culture, and pursuing opportunities for advancement. You’ll enjoy high earning potential with no salary caps, ongoing bonuses, and travel incentives, plus a four-day workweek and weekends off. Strong communication, client-facing skills, and a willingness to travel (Monday–Thursday, overnight travel) are essential.
