Outside Sales Representative for Platinum Supplemental Insurance. Travel to your territory Monday–Thursday to meet farmers and small business owners and families, educate them about Platinum’s supplemental insurance solutions, and close sales using the company’s 10-step sales system supported by AI-driven training. The role follows a four-day workweek with weekends off, offers uncapped earning potential (commonly six figures in earnings for top performers), and includes ongoing support, coaching, and collaboration within a team-based culture. Overnight travel is required Monday–Thursday. No salary ceiling; commission-based earnings with opportunities for advancement and leadership roles.
