Outside Sales Representative

Outside Sales Representative responsible for traveling to your territory to meet potential customers (farmers, small business owners, and families), educate them about Platinum’s supplemental insurance solutions, and close sales using a proven 10-step sales system. You’ll leverage an AI-driven training platform, receive ongoing mentorship, and operate within a team-based culture that supports earnings growth through commissions, bonuses, and renewal income. The role emphasizes face-to-face presentations, relationship-building, and closing deals in a four-day workweek with Monday–Thursday travel, overnight trips, and opportunities for advancement. Eligible candidates should be 18+ years old and comfortable with travel demanding in-territory outreach and high earning potential.
