Outside Sales Representative responsible for traveling to assigned territory (Elkhart, IN) Monday–Thursday to meet farmers and small business owners and families, educating them on Platinum’s supplemental insurance solutions, following a structured 10-step sales process with AI-driven training, and closing deals in a team-supported environment. Roles emphasize high earning potential through commissions, with no salary cap, weekends off, and opportunities for advancement. The day-to-day includes traveling to the territory, leveraging the 10-step sales system, presenting to prospects, and collaborating with a supportive team to achieve sales goals.
