Job Summary
Outside Sales Representative responsible for traveling to assigned territory to meet farmers, small business owners, and families to educate and sell Platinum’s supplemental insurance solutions. Follow a 10-step sales process, supported by AI-driven training and mentorship, to identify prospects, deliver compelling presentations, and close sales. Enjoy a four-day workweek with overnight travel Monday–Thursday, uncapped earning potential, residual income, advancement opportunities, quarterly vacations, and company-paid trips. Strong emphasis on relationship-building, clear communication, and collaboration within a team-based culture; must be 18+ and comfortable with frequent travel.
