Job Summary
Outside Sales Representative needed to travel in the assigned territory Monday–Thursday to meet farmers and small business owners, educating them about Platinum’s supplemental insurance solutions. Leverage a structured 10-step sales process and AI-driven training to identify prospects, deliver compelling presentations, and close sales, with a focus on relationship building in a team-based culture. Enjoy a four-day workweek with uncapped earning potential, weekend time off, and company-provided marketing, recruiting, back-office support, and ongoing incentives (bonuses, renewal income, company trips). Must be comfortable with overnight travel and be 18+ years old.
Required Qualifications
- 18+ years old
- willingness to travel overnight Monday–Thursday
- commission-based sales experience preferred
- excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- ability to educate customers and close deals
- self-motivation and drive to achieve high earnings
