Outside Sales Representative responsibilities include traveling to your territory to meet farmers and small business owners face-to-face to educate them about Platinum’s supplemental insurance solutions, following a proven 10-step sales process, and leveraging AI-driven training and mentorship to close deals. The role offers a four-day workweek, weekends off, uncapped earning potential with commissions, ongoing support from marketing and back-office teams, and travel Monday–Thursday with occasional company-sponsored trips and incentives. You’ll build relationships, deliver compelling presentations, and grow your sales career within a team-based culture that rewards performance and leadership opportunities.
