Outside Sales Representative responsible for face-to-face meetings with farmers, small business owners, and families within a defined territory to educate and sell Platinum’s supplemental insurance solutions. Utilizes and follows a proven 10-step sales system supported by AI-driven training, marketing, recruiting, and back-office resources. Works Monday–Thursday travel to territory with weekends off, pursuing high-earning potential through a commission-based structure, with opportunities for advancement and team-based collaboration. Travel includes overnight stays; role emphasizes relationship-building, presentations, closing sales, and meeting prospects to drive growth in a fast-paced environment.
