Outside Sales Representative

Outside Sales Representative responsible for traveling to assigned territory (farmers, small business owners, and families) to educate prospects about Platinum’s supplemental insurance solutions. Utilize a proven 10-step sales system and AI-driven training to identify prospects, deliver compelling presentations, and close sales. Work within a team-based culture that emphasizes collaboration, continuous learning, and recognition, with a four-day workweek, weekends off, and uncapped earning potential through commissions. The role emphasizes in-person, face-to-face meetings, relationship-building, and driving growth in the assigned territory through proactive outreach and personable engagement.
