Job Summary
Outside Sales Representative / Home Evaluator responsible for meeting new clients, surveying and counseling residential customers on pest control options, performing home evaluations (including crawling into tight spaces such as attics) to assess damage, and using a trained sales process to offer solutions and gain new customers. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent, valid driver’s license, ability to pass state licensing/certification exams, and availability to work at least 40 hours per week. Strong customer service and proven sales abilities, plus basic math skills, are needed. The role involves networking, prospecting, and presenting pest control options to clients.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Possess a valid Driver's License
- Ability to pass and maintain any state regulatory agency-required licensing/certification exams
- Ability to work at least 40 hours per week
- Physical ability be on your feet and maneuver in crawl spaces in various weather conditions
- Customer service experience
- Proven Sales ability
- Basic math skills
