Job Summary
Survey, estimate, and counsel residential clients on pest control options while maintaining scheduled appointments and performing prompt follow-ups. Conduct home evaluations that may involve crawling into tight spaces like attics to assess damage, then use sales skills to recommend appropriate services and explain benefits honestly. Build rapport with potential customers through networking and offer solutions based on trained sales processes. This full-time role requires working at least 40 hours per week, holding a valid driver's license, and possessing physical ability to maneuver in crawl spaces in various weather conditions.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Possess a valid Driver's License
- Ability to pass and maintain any state regulatory agency-required licensing/certification exams
- Ability to work at least 40 hours per week
- Physical ability be on your feet and maneuver in crawl spaces in various weather conditions
- Customer service experience
