Job Summary
Identify, prospect, and secure net-new business opportunities. Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to meet and exceed revenue targets. Own the full sales cycle from discovery through close. Build trusted relationships with business owners and key decision-makers. Present NOVA's managed services, security, and IT solutions clearly and confidently. Maintain accurate pipeline and activity tracking. Collaborate with internal technical and operations teams to ensure a smooth handoff and partner success. Stay informed on industry trends, competition, and emerging technologies. Represent NOVA at networking events, conferences, and trade shows as needed.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years proven outside/field B2B sales experience
- 2+ years experience using CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software
- Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Comfortable prospecting and generating your own pipeline
- Ability to manage priorities and work independently within a defined territory
- Willingness to travel locally within the assigned region
- Valid Driver's License
