Job Summary
Outside ISV Relationship Manager responsible for prospecting and running Integrated Payments presentations with business owners or ISV partners to close deals in a fast sales cycle. You will prospect, schedule in-person and phone appointments, uncover needs, present integrated payment solutions, and manage the full sales process with support from a District Manager. Responsibilities include converting leads from ISV partners, maintaining accurate CRM records (Salesforce and Atlas), meeting minimum production requirements, staying updated on partnerships and product portfolio, attending weekly team meetings and one-on-one sessions, and traveling to client sites as needed. A successful candidate will be a proactive hunter/closer with excellent prospecting, presentation, and partner-management skills, capable of working in the field approximately 75% of the time, and able to operate in a fast-paced B2B environment with integrity and urgency.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
- Valid driver’s license
- Live in area relative to job posting location
- Ability to be in the field, a minimum of 75% of the time
- Access to reliable transportation to visit client sites
- Ability to prospect, present, and close in a B2B environment
- Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce or Hubspot) is a plus
- Strong communication, presentation, and partner management skills
- Works well independently and in a team; coachability is a must
- Knowledge of Automotive, Medical, and Specialty Retail industries a plus
