Job Summary
Outside ISV Relationship Manager responsible for prospecting and delivering integrated payments presentations to business owners and ISV partners in person and by phone, guiding the full sales cycle to close deals in small to mid-sized businesses. Will manage leads from ISV partners, maintain CRM records in Salesforce and Atlas, set appointments, conduct needs discovery, present integrated payment solutions, and aim to achieve set production/minimums (wins). Training during initial appointments with the District Manager to learn the short-cycle sales process and utilise CRM tools; ongoing responsibilities include converting leads, self-sourcing opportunities, maintaining client records, staying current on partnerships and product portfolio, attending weekly team and one-on-one meetings, and adapting to changes within the ISV partner ecosystem. Requires willingness to travel in the field, strong prospecting, presentation and partner-management skills, independence with team collaboration, and a professional demeanor with a high sense of urgency. Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
- valid driver’s license
- live in area relative to job posting location
- ability to be in the field a minimum of 75% of the time
- prior experience in B2B sales (preferred)
- knowledge of CRM tools (Salesforce or HubSpot) (preferred)
