Job Summary
Outside ISV Relationship Manager responsible for closing sales of integrated payment solutions with merchants throughout the area. You will prospect and schedule in-person business-owner appointments based on ISV Partner leads, conduct short-cycle sales presentations, perform on-the-spot financial analyses, and process contracts. You’ll manage leads and client records in CRM systems (Salesforce and Atlas), achieve production requirements (e.g., setting first-time appointments to secure a WIN), and stay up-to-date on partnerships, product/service portfolio, and ISV partner developments. The role includes weekly team meetings and one-on-one sessions with leadership, with additional duties as assigned. The position emphasizes in-field, face-to-face engagement with clients, strong prospecting and closing skills, and ability to work with ISV partners to drive revenue.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
- Valid driver’s license
- Live in area relative to job posting location
- Ability to be in the field, a minimum of 75% of the time
- Excellent prospecting, communication, presentation, and partner management skills
- Works well independently and as part of a team; coachability is a must
- Prior experience in a B2B Sales role
- Prior experience with a CRM tool, such as Salesforce or Hubspot
