Outside Sales Representative - Palm Beach

Job Summary
Outside Sales Representative responsible for driving incremental sales growth and profitability for The Home Depot Pro through Complex Business Expansion and new business development. Build and manage a portfolio of Pro customers, cultivate net new sales relationships, and convert leads into end-to-end quoting and ordering experiences in collaboration with Inside Sales Support. Use Salesforce to manage activities and pipeline, conduct in-person sales appointments, and develop territory strategies to grow customer base. Travel 20-50% and operate in a fast-paced retail/ home improvement environment, leveraging Pro brand programs, credit options, and volume pricing to meet quotas. Requires strong communication, networking, and negotiation skills to service Pro customers and expand business within the defined sales territory.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must be legally permitted to work in the United States
- 5 years of professional work experience
- 2 years account management/sales management experience
- 2 plus years home improvement or home building industry experience
- Demonstrates a strong ability to create and cultivate an active network of relationships both inside and outside the organization
- Strong leadership and negotiation skills; ability to persuade or influence others
- Excellent communication skills (verbal, written) and able to communicate globally
- Minimum Education: high school diploma and/or GED
- Preferred Education: No additional education
- Minimum Years of Work Experience: 2
- Preferred Years of Work Experience: 5
