Job Summary
Outside Sales Representative responsible for driving travel product sales to professionals, consistently meeting and exceeding targets. Generate new business through calls, in-person meetings, social media, and community engagement. Build strong client relationships and negotiate/close deals to secure long-term partnerships. Research market trends to identify opportunities and expand reach. Develop and maintain accounts by prospecting new and existing clients, provide product insights, and collaborate with internal teams for seamless account management and client support. Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and training seminars to stay ahead of market trends. Must live in Indiana and be willing to drive across territories within the state.
Required Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience in outside sales.
- Experience in travel & tourism is required.
- Experience marketing to consumers and developing a territory.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; relevant experience considered.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Highly motivated, proactive, and professional.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Must have own car, driver’s license and clean driving record.
