Job Summary
The Outside Sales Representative – Nurse Call drives sales of Rauland healthcare communication and nurse call solutions to hospitals and healthcare systems. Responsibilities include developing new business opportunities, managing the Request for Proposal (RFP) process, and maintaining customer relationships. The candidate should have a Bachelor's degree or 5+ years in sales within healthcare technology, possess strong presentation and negotiation skills, and show proficiency in managing complex sales cycles. Frequent travel within the assigned territory is required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, engineering, or related field OR 5+ years of sales experience, preferably in healthcare technology or capital equipment
- Experience selling into hospital systems or healthcare networks
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage complex sales cycles and multiple stakeholders
- Willingness to travel frequently within assigned territory
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
