Outside Sales Representative

Manage an assigned territory in the Orlando, Florida area to achieve sales, profit, and market share objectives by prospecting new customers, conducting sales calls, meetings, and equipment inspections. Create and close new and used sales and rentals while developing business relationships with key decision-makers and acting as a liaison between customers, Newman Tractor, and suppliers. Coordinate demonstrations, inspect trade-in equipment, and ensure accurate delivery of all required deal documentation including quotations, lease agreements, and warranty forms. Submit weekly call reports, expense reports, and sales forecasts on time while monitoring customer satisfaction and assisting in the development of the annual business plan.
