Job Summary
Develop a sales strategy to meet company and personal goals by traveling face-to-face with existing and potential customers to identify needs and close deals. Conduct thorough home inspections, including attics, to recommend services and collect signed agreements and payment information. Maintain comprehensive product knowledge, document customer interactions for lead management, and support clients post-sale to ensure satisfaction and identify further opportunities. Engage in proactive activities such as door-to-door outreach, community networking, and identifying new lead sources to build a personal pipeline. Work outdoors in various weather conditions while adhering to all company procedures and policies.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Florida driver's license with a clean driving record
- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience
- Experience utilizing common customer management relationship software and platforms
- Successful passing of all pre-employment screening including criminal history, driving record, verification of work history, and verification of academic credentials, licenses, and certifications
- Ability to climb into attics and onto roofs
- Ability to work primarily outdoors in potential adverse weather conditions
- Current eligibility to legally work in the United States
