Job Summary
Develop a sales strategy to meet company and personal goals by traveling face-to-face to identify customer needs, inspect homes including attics, and close deals through signed agreements. Communicate regularly with prospects and existing clients to provide solutions, support satisfaction, and uncover further sales opportunities. Document all interactions to manage leads efficiently while engaging in proactive activities like door-to-door outreach, community networking, and identifying new lead sources. Maintain comprehensive knowledge of pest control products and services to ensure accurate company representation. This role requires climbing into attics and working outdoors in various weather conditions.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Florida driver's license with a clean driving record
- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience
- Experience utilizing common customer management relationship software and platforms
- Successful passing of all pre-employment screening including criminal history, driving record, verification of work history, and verification of academic credentials, licenses, and certifications
- Ability to climb into attics and onto roofs
- Ability to work primarily outdoors in potential adverse weather conditions
- Current eligibility to legally work in the United States
