Job Summary
Conduct outside sales and hands-on servicing of water treatment accounts in the greater Nashville, TN area, including chemical testing, calibration, repair of chemical feed equipment, and visual inspections. Identify new business needs, develop customized solutions, and obtain orders by planning daily schedules to call on existing and potential sales outlets. Promote maintenance services to new and existing customers while managing lead generation, cold calling, and appointment setting. Schedule service and sales calls with daily, weekly, and monthly reporting. Requires 3-5 years of outside sales experience, strong mechanical aptitude, and MS Office proficiency. This remote role offers uncapped income potential within the NCH Corporation water treatment subsidiary.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in outside sales with a proven successful track record
- MUST be Highly Motivated and a Self-Starter
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) with experience working on teams from multiple locations
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Knowledgeable in MS Office applications (Word, Excel and Outlook)
Desired Qualifications
- High School Diploma, College Degree Preferred
- Experience in water treatment, water hygiene, environmental health and safety, and/or secondary disinfection is preferred, but not required
