Job Summary
Outside Sales Representative to establish new accounts, call on existing and potential sales outlets in the Naples/Miami area, manage the territory by planning daily calls on dealers and customers, submit orders using price lists and literature, provide product information and practical training, analyze marketplace data, recommend changes based on competitive developments, resolve customer issues, attend sales and district meetings, coordinate deliveries and balance accounts receivable with credit terms, and perform administrative duties including sales budgets and reports. Requires self-motivation, strong communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment. Compensation includes a competitive base salary plus a monthly car allowance with commissions ranging from roughly $90K-$110K annually. Based out of Miami, FL.
Required Qualifications
- 2 years of outside business-to-business sales experience in related industry
- High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred in related field
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and time management skills
- Ability to read, write, and speak English
- Basic pc skills, proficiency in excel, and MS Outlook
- Must pass pre-employment testing (Drug Screen & Background Check)
