Job Summary
Outside Sales Representative responsible for managing and growing an assigned territory covering Southwest Michigan, Indiana, and Eastern Illinois by developing strong customer relationships, identifying solutions for customer needs, and driving profitable sales growth. Travel required; ability to travel daily and attend industry trade shows and association meetings; company-provided vehicle; strong sales instincts, problem-solving skills, teamwork, accuracy, and continuous learning. Educational emphasis on Green Industry with a college diploma; experience in outside sales and horticultural background preferred. Required Qualifications
- Education: A College Diploma with “Green Industry” sales experience preferred
- Experience: Outside Sales experience required
- Special Skills: selling skills, listening skills, customer relations, communication skills, organizational and self-motivation skills, math skills and computer competence
- Must have a valid driver’s license.
