Job Summary

Conduct facility surveys and present customized fan solutions to industrial clients, ensuring comfort and productivity enhancements. Perform in-person visits while maintaining constant communication with inside sales, field services, and management. Submit all site data and interaction logs into the CRM, responding promptly to internal requests for visits. Generate new opportunities through account nurturing and post-purchase follow-ups, utilizing ride-alongs and technical learning during the first 90 days. Travel extensively, averaging three days and two nights weekly during peak periods, with flexible scheduling and overnight trips.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent training and experience
Proven outside sales experience
Proven ability to build and manage relationships, internally and externally
Experience using a CRM
Effective and efficient time management
Demonstrate a strong follow-through
Ability to self-manage multiple projects at once
Must be flexible
Self-motivated
Strong work ethic
Must be able to walk and stand continuously for up to 6 hours
Periodic kneeling required for tasks such as floor-to-ceiling measurements
Willingness to make overnight trips frequently
Must reside in the designated sales territory
Clean driving record
Willing to drive and maintain a BAF-branded company vehicle
Must be able to be in the car for 3-5+ hours at a time
Must be able to be in the car for 20 hours in a week
