Job Summary
The Outside Sales Representative is responsible for increasing the subscriber base through face-to-face and in-home sales presentations in residential areas. This role requires achieving or exceeding monthly sales quotas by selling Omni Fiber's internet, voice, and TV services. Successful candidates must have a strong desire to succeed in a quota-driven environment, a valid driver's license, and be able to manage time efficiently. Excellent interpersonal skills and adaptability to changing market conditions are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Strong desire to succeed in a quota-driven sales role
- Valid driver's license, acceptable driving record, and minimum state-required auto insurance policy
- A positive and outgoing demeanor with the confidence to approach potential customers and handle rejection professionally
- Willingness to adapt to changing schedules, locations, and sales strategies based on market conditions and company priorities
