Job Summary
Outside Sales Representative for a roofing/exterior-services company. Conduct on-site inspections at residential/commercial properties, present tailored roofing solutions, and close deals in the field. Commission-based with a $1,000/week guarantee; company vehicle provided; pre-scheduled appointments and sales coaching included. Responsibilities include on-site inspections with CompanyCam, measurements with Hover, attic checks, and assessing gutters/siding; deliver consultative presentations; handle objections and close sales; manage a sales pipeline in HubSpot; collaborate with Inside Sales and Production; ensure accurate documentation for project handoff; track performance metrics and participate in ongoing coaching. Required skills include strong communication, negotiation and closing abilities, CRM familiarity, ability to travel to customer sites, and physical capability to work outdoors and climb ladders.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing preferred)
- 2+ years of outside sales or field-based customer-facing experience
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
