Job Summary
Outside Sales Representative responsible for business development, generating and qualifying leads, expanding existing accounts, conducting regular customer visits, and presenting HVACR products and solutions. Responsibilities include identifying opportunities through networking, cold calling, and trade shows; maintaining CRM-driven activity (quotes, follow-ups, pipeline updates); negotiating pricing and closing opportunities; coordinating with operations, purchasing, and marketing to support growth; and traveling to customer sites as needed. Key skills include strong communication, relationship-building, perspective sales acumen, territory management, prospecting, lead qualification, account management, and CRM proficiency. Education/experience: high school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred; 2+ years of sales experience; valid driver’s license and regular travel expected.
