Job Summary
The Outside Sales Representative will deliver in-home design consultations for bath and shower system remodels, assessing customer needs and presenting tailored solutions. This role requires a goal-oriented mindset, strong closing skills, and the ability to build customer relationships to drive sales outcomes. Successful candidates will participate in a 2-week virtual training program and must report weekly for mandatory training. The position offers a compensation structure including bi-weekly pay during training, commission opportunities, and the potential for high earnings exceeding $200,000 annually.
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated success with One Call Close environments
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable vehicle
- Ability to adapt to new procedures and learn company processes
- Comfortable using technology, specifically an iPad
- Willingness to drive within assigned territories (100 mile radius)
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to take accurate measurements and perform basic math
- Applicants are required to hold or acquire a valid Residential Builder Salesperson License
