Job Summary
Outside Sales Representative responsible for growing a regional territory by developing new business, reactivating dormant accounts, and expanding industrial customer relationships in a hunter-focused role. Must possess strong industrial/technical sales experience, conduct regular in-person customer visits, prospect new business through cold outreach, manage pipeline with CRM, and collaborate with internal teams to support solution development and quoting. Emphasis on identifying customer needs, selling technical solutions, developing territory/account plans, and building long-term customer relationships to drive repeat business. Requires ability to communicate technical concepts clearly, strong interpersonal skills, and a proactive, customer-focused mindset.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2+ years outside sales experience
- Strong background in industrial or technical sales
- Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly in customer-facing environments
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers and decision makers
- Experience with cold calling, field prospecting, and territory management
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently in a field-based role while collaborating with internal teams
- Comfortable working in a competitive market with established industry players
- High level of professionalism and ethical business conduct
