Outside Sales Representative

Cultivate relationships with existing and prospective customers within the North Youngstown territory by researching market trends, developing sales strategies, and presenting product solutions. Visit customers weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly to conduct business reviews, provide ongoing product training, and coordinate order status updates. Balance new customer acquisition with deepening current relationships while managing territory visits and order processing communications. Pursue new business by identifying opportunities to add value through Gordon Food Service offerings. Requires a valid driver's license, food safety certification, and one year of sales experience. Starting base salary of $65,000–$120,000 transitions to a commission structure.
