Job Summary
Outside Sales Representative in the Industrial sector drives growth in an assigned territory by identifying prospects, maintaining and expanding relationships with customers, visiting sites, and promoting products/services. Responsibilities include meeting/exceeding annual gross margin, handling customer issues, reporting on competition and market conditions, executing sales and merchandising programs, maintaining customer records and accounts receivable activities, participating in training and trade shows, and demonstrating products post-sale. Requires minimum 3 years of industry-specific experience (4+ preferred), knowledge of business administration, sales, and marketing, strong negotiation skills, independent work capability, and willingness to travel extensively (including overnight). Compensation ranges from $48,000 to $80,000 annually, with bonus eligibility; position requires use of personal vehicle with a FAVR reimbursement program. Required Qualifications
