Job Summary
Outside Sales Representative in Industrial market responsible for selling products and services within an assigned territory. Duties include developing new prospects and maintaining relationships with existing customers, visiting customers at their sites, handling inquiries and complaints, promoting programs in line with pricing policies, maintaining customer records, assisting with collections of past-due amounts, participating in training sessions and trade shows, and demonstrating products after sale. Requires minimum 3 years of industry-specific experience (4+ preferred), a 4-year degree preferred, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to travel extensively (overnight travel). Must be able to work independently to achieve sales goals and drive growth within the territory. Compensation starts at $65,000 annually, with bonus eligibility and a comprehensive benefits package; role involves use of personal vehicle for business and may include vehicle reimbursement considerations.
