Job Summary
Outside Sales Representative in Houston for AT-PAC's North American sales team. Responsibilities include submitting regular sales reports to management, informing potential and existing customers of product features and benefits, resolving customer complaints, and creating/presenting persuasive sales proposals to drive sales and repeat business. Build and sustain long-lasting relationships with new and existing customers within an assigned territory; travel within the territory for face-to-face meetings; continually meet or exceed sales targets; develop and implement effective sales strategies; maintain leads and accounts; collaborate with Marketing to expand brand presence; research competitors' products and pricing and stay abreast of industry developments; negotiate to close sales. Required qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, and experience in outside sales; a Bachelor's degree is preferred. Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM software, along with strong consultative sales, organizational, communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
