Job Summary
The Outside Sales Representative will develop new residential customers within the Maryland/DC/Delaware territory, focusing on selling Vector’s residential security solutions such as alarm systems and smart home technology. Candidates must have strong interpersonal skills to engage homeowners, overcome objections, and close sales. A high school diploma is required, with a preference for a bachelor's degree. The position offers a competitive base salary plus uncapped commission, with successful representatives earning significant income.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma required
- Valid Driver's License, reliable transportation, and acceptable driving record - required
Desired Qualifications
- Selling and Customer Service Experience - preferred.
- Experience in sales, customer-facing, or performance-driven roles
