Job Summary
Follow an appointment schedule, generate creative leads, and perform pest inspections to identify concerns and recommend treatments to residential and commercial customers. Interact with prospects, comply with sales procedures, and meet sales quotas while responding promptly to management inquiries. Maintain a clean, organized vehicle and drive safely. This full-time role offers competitive compensation including a $2,000–$4,000 monthly base plus commission, along with medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and paid time off benefits. Prior outside sales experience and outstanding people skills are required.
