Job Summary
Drive new business by prospecting quality customers and selling maintenance agreements for heating, ventilation, and air conditioning needs. Qualify prospects, set appointments, follow up on leads, and address objections while identifying customer needs to influence purchasing decisions. Make cold calls to contact decision-makers, manage quotes to close sales, and maintain an active backlog. Research organizational needs to deliver thorough analysis and apply company pricing and credit policies. Requires a valid driver's license and minimum two years of B2B outside sales experience selling service contracts.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years Business-to-Business outside sales experience, selling service contracts or agreements
- Minimum 2 years of new business development, seeking out your own leads and running full sales cycles
- Must possess a valid driver's license
