Job Summary
Conduct in-home inspections and diagnose foundation repair and water management issues for homeowners. Utilize warm pre-qualified leads to develop a book of business, estimate repairs, and generate job proposals. Close sales directly with customers while maintaining relationships and tracking the sales lead pipeline. Report on sales initiatives and attend team meetings. This full-time, W-2 role offers uncapped commission potential with an average of $100-150k, plus training pay and a company vehicle. You will attend a mandatory three-week regional training class with accommodations provided.
Required Qualifications
- Entrepreneurial attitude focused on driving performance and customer satisfaction
- Travel remotely within sales territory to conduct in-home inspections
- Utilize warm pre-qualified leads to develop and maintain a book of business
- Diagnose and educate homeowners on the issues they have in their home and provide solution options
- Estimate the repairs and provide homeowners with generated job proposals
- Close sales with customers in the home
- Maintain relationships with customers while tracking sales lead pipeline
- This role requires travel for a mandatory 3‐week regional training class
- Travel accommodations will be provided
Desired Qualifications
- 1-2 years of sales experience preferred but not required
- Experience in a commission, B2C or in-home sales environment is a plus
- Experience in construction or home improvement is a plus
