Job Summary
As an Outside Sales Representative (Certified Field Inspector), you will partner with homeowners to diagnose issues and recommend solutions related to foundation repair and water management. Key responsibilities include conducting in-home inspections, developing and maintaining a book of business using pre-qualified leads, estimating repairs, and closing sales on-site. The role is commission-driven, with an average annual earning potential of $170,000-$280,000+ plus paid training. Prior sales experience is preferred but not mandatory, and candidates with an entrepreneurial mindset and commitment to customer satisfaction will excel.
