Job Summary
Conduct in-home inspections and diagnose foundation repair and water management issues for homeowners. Utilize warm pre-qualified leads to develop a book of business, estimate repairs, and generate job proposals. Close sales directly with customers while maintaining relationships and tracking the sales lead pipeline. Report to the home branch for team initiatives and meetings. Full-time, W-2 position with uncapped earning potential averaging $100-150k. Requires travel for a mandatory 3-week regional training class with accommodations provided.
Required Qualifications
- Entrepreneurial attitude focused on driving performance and customer satisfaction
- Must be able to travel remotely within sales territory to conduct in-home inspections
- Must be able to utilize warm pre-qualified leads to develop and maintain a book of business
- Must be able to diagnose and educate homeowners on the issues they have in their home and provide solution options
- Must be able to estimate the repairs and provide homeowners with generated job proposals
- Must be able to close sales with customers in the home
- Must be able to maintain relationships with customers while tracking sales lead pipeline
- Must be able to report to home branch for Sales team initiatives and meetings
- Must be able to attend a mandatory 3-week regional training class
- Must be able to accept travel accommodations provided for the training class
Desired Qualifications
- 1-2 years of sales experience preferred but not required
- Experience in a commission, B2C or in-home sales environment is a plus
- Experience in construction or home improvement is a plus
