Job Summary
Conduct in-home inspections and diagnose foundation repair and water management issues for homeowners. Utilize warm pre-qualified leads to develop a book of business, estimate repairs, and generate job proposals. Educate customers on home problems, provide solution options, and close sales directly in the field. Maintain customer relationships while tracking the sales lead pipeline. Report to work daily with reliable transportation and a mandatory three-week regional training class. Full-time remote and onsite role with uncapped commission potential.

Desired Qualifications
- 1-2 years of sales experience preferred but not required
- Experience in commission-driven sales, business-to-consumer and/or in-home sales is a plus
- Experience in Construction or Home Improvement is a plus
- An entrepreneurial attitude focused on driving performance and customer service and satisfaction
