Job Summary
Outside Sales Representative in Fontana, CA and Paramount, CA — develop and grow a commercial tire book of business across fleets, trucking, construction, agriculture, and industrial accounts. Field-based role with daily travel within the assigned territory and no overnight travel. Generate new business from scratch via prospecting, cold calling, networking, and relationship development; maintain and grow customer relationships by delivering expert product recommendations and high-quality service in a competitive field sales environment. Success measured by KPIs such as new account acquisition, gross profit, pipeline development, customer retention, and achieving monthly/annual sales targets. Independent work style with potential transition from salary guarantee to uncapped commission earnings. Requirements include 2+ years of outside tire sales experience in relevant sectors; bilingual in Spanish and English is highly desirable; CRM and MS Office proficiency; clean driving record.
