Outside Sales Representative

Cultivate relationships and develop new business by researching industry trends, identifying prospective customers, and presenting tailored sales strategies. Conduct weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly visits to existing and prospective customers within the North Youngstown area to perform business reviews, provide product training, and coordinate order status updates. Manage the assigned territory by balancing new customer acquisition with deepening existing relationships while leveraging Gordon Food Service's broadline food distribution solutions. This role offers a starting base salary of $65,000–$120,000 transitioning to a commission structure, with benefits including 401(k) matching, performance bonuses, and reimbursement for automobile and cell phone expenses.
