Job Summary
Outside Sales Representative to grow and maintain relationships across specified territories for General Insulation Company. Responsible for the entire sales process from prospecting to closing, including maintaining product knowledge, building new business relationships, providing pricing and literature, conducting presentations/workshops, maintaining records of sales activities, developing annual business plans, and coordinating with management and Inside Sales. Requires quota-bearing sales experience, strong communication, detail orientation, and ability to manage large data sets and reports. Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in a quota carrying sales role
- Must possess excellent communication skills
- Detail oriented with strong organizational skills
- Technical skills and ability to learn industry processes, materials, and costs
- Experience with specialized computer programs to manage large databases
- Strong writing skills for detailed reports
